    This course is suitable for entry-level procurement and/or Warehouse business users who intend to pursue an SAP Associate Certification in SAP ERP Extended Warehouse Management. This course is also suitable for new university and college graduates with no experience in SAP as long as they meet the functional requirement to attend this course.

    What does it covers

    SAP EWM offers flexible, automated support for processing various goods movements and for managing stocks in simple to complex warehouses. It supports planning and efficient processing of all logistics processes in customer warehouses.

    This course covers the solid fundamental and comprehensive overview of most critical warehouse processes, inbound and outbound processes, and configuration requirements you’ll need to know for implementing the SAP EWM module. Through lectures and numerous exercises you will receive extensive practice working through many business transactions leading to increased confidence in being able to apply what you have learned, in your work environment.

    This course also focuses on the integration aspects of SAP EWM with production processes in SAP ERP, including mandatory master data settings, and processing of component staging and consumption.

After course completion, you will be able to:

  • Explain and use major features of SAP Extended Warehouse Management

  • Configure settings for complex processes like value added services, cross docking or yard management in Extended Warehouse Management.
  • Describe the optimization of resources and the integration of material flow system and transportation planning.
